Properties: Colorless stable, low boiling point heavy oily liquid. Has a chloroform-like odor. Non-flammable, volatile, no chemical reaction with common metals. And general organic solvent miscible, slightly soluble in water. Flash point 32.2℃, spontaneous combustion point 410℃, critical temperature 271℃, critical pressure 5.02MPa. Low viscosity, can be slowly decomposed by light into hydrochloric acid in humid air. Often add triethanolamine, stearate or cresol as a stabilizer, or add 1 ethanol as an antioxidant.
